The Judges Panel:
The Best Sandwich in Sandwich competition takes place in front of the Hoxie House, 18 Water Street, from 11 am to 1 pm. Bragging rights are up for grabs as local chefs vie for the People’s or Judges Choice coveted Best Sandwich in Sandwich Trophies. Participants can purchase a ticket to sample all of the wonderful restaurant offerings in order to cast their vote for their favorite in the People’s Choice Award. A panel of judges (see below) also choose the Judges' Choice Award. Both trophies are presented at a formal ceremony taking place in front of Hoxie House at 2pm.
