It’s a great opportunity to sip a cold one while making a real difference for local families in need of safe, affordable housing.
About Habitat for Humanity of Cape CodSince its inception, Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod has completed nearly 200 homes spanning from Bourne to Provincetown. Currently, builds are underway in Dennis and Wellfleet, with future projects planned for Yarmouth, Marstons Mills, Falmouth, Brewster, Orleans, and North Falmouth.
Habitat Cape Cod selects qualifying families through a lottery system, and future homeowners contribute "sweat equity" by helping to build their homes alongside dedicated local volunteers. Once completed, families purchase their homes with affordable mortgages designed to keep housing costs manageable.
Nationally recognized for their energy-efficient, sustainable construction practices, Habitat Cape Cod ensures that all homes remain affordable in perpetuity through deed restrictions. How You Can HelpHabitat for Humanity of Cape Cod depends on the generosity of the community to continue building homes with local families.
