(Hyannis, May 23) Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital are in urgent need of blood donations. Numerous blood drives are being held across Cape Cod in April to benefit Cape Cod Healthcare (CCHC). Cape Cod and Falmouth hospitals must have at least one week’s worth of blood on hand at all times. Since each unit collected or purchased only lasts 42 days, it is a constant challenge to maintain sufficient supply. All the blood collected at Cape Cod Healthcare blood drives help our families, friends and neighbors.
All donors to CCHC blood drives in June will receive an insulated shopping tote.
Cape Cod Healthcare blood drives are scheduled in the coming weeks, including:
June 2025 CCHC Blood Drives
•June 2: 10:10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Dellbrook JKS, 15 Research Rd, E. Falmouth
June 3: 8:40 a.m. – 3 p.m., Cotuit Federated Church, 40 School St., Cotuit
Donations can also be made at the Nicholas G. Xiarhos Blood Donor Center at Cape Cod Hospital. The Donor Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. To make an appointment for the Nicholas G. Xiarhos Blood Donor Center, please call us at 508-862-5663.
