Cape & Islands Green Mission
The Cape Cod and Islands Green program will educate and encourage people in their places of work, study and worship to engage in best practices that will reduce our collective impact on the natural environment.
We promote environmentally healthy habits amongst employees and patrons because we believe greener actions at work will lead to greener actions by individuals in all aspects of living.
The three-level incentive program of certification allows participants to achieve a competitive advantage through advertising their commitment to and leadership in global sustainability. Additionally, the program offers the intrinsic reward of knowing that actions and new habits adopted are less harmful to the environment.
